So if you need some new Instagram accounts to follow and want to help spread the message of self-love, get following everyone on our list!

1. @gracefvictory (Grace Francesca Victory)

After a turbulent childhood and suffering from body confidence issues at the age of 6, Grace went on to turn her pain into passion and is now a YouTuber who speaks out on social issues such as mental health and sex. Grace’s take on self-love and her messages to society as a whole have led her to become a social media activist who has become a plus sized ambassador for companies as big as Nike and Evans.

2. @Theslumflower (Chidera Eggerue)

Chidera’s body positive ethic first came about when she noticed comments about her not wearing a bra were beginning to gather attention. Rather than let her insecurities get to her however, she decided to take on the haters and stand up for what she believed in. The #SaggyBoobsMatter movement was created by Chidera when she decided to stop wearing a bra and embrace her body in its natural form. “If you have boobs, at some point in your life they are going to sag.”

More recently, Chidera has opened up about her battle traction alopecia – just another reason why we love her.

3.@sophiahadjipanteli (Sophia Hadjipanteli)

Bullied because of her ‘hairy’ appearance, Sophia became accustomed to waxing her eyebrows from a young age. Up until 2016 had made sure eyebrow care was at the top of her daily routine. But after returning from a family trip where she wasn’t able to maintain her usual routine, Sophia decided to grow out her brows and love them in their natural state. Her #unibrowmovement has cause her to gain over 160,000 followers on Instagram.

4.@radiantbambi (Ash Soto)

After being diagnosed with Vitiligo at the age of 12, Ash began to lose confidence in herself and her appearance. When her family had planned a trip to the beach, Ash had decided to get a fake tan so that she could feel herself and not be afraid to show her body whilst in public. At the beach however, the tan washed off and she soon realised that her Vitiligo would not be something that she could hide. One day, Ash decided to buy paint pens and trace the outline of her Viltigo. With this the “Marker Chronicles” were born. Ash now uses her body as a way to express herself artistically.

Suffering from polycystic ovaries since she was a teenager, Harnaam had always suffered from excessive hair growth as a result of her condition.
